CASE STUDY DESIGUAL
Supply Nexus assisted Desigual to define an Omni-Channel strategy shaped to provide seamless and transparent customer service across all channels, optimizing the entire network of Distribution Centers and own stores. After defining an Omni-Channel strategy and flows which aligned classic retail with eCommerce, Supply Nexus assisted Desigual to implement Manhattan Associates’ Order Management Solution (OMS), which served as the keystone to Desigual's Omni-Channel operation.
Additionally, Supply Nexus assisted Desigual to define the requirements, infrastructure, processes and operations for the new automated Omni-Channel Distribution Center in Viladecans. This was followed by the implementation of Manhattan Associates’ Warehouse Management for Open Systems (WMOS) solution to control the operations in the DC, which brings together distribution operations for store openings, store replenishment, and eCommerce fulfilment.
