CASE STUDY TOTTUS
Tottus is one of the four leading supermarket chains in Chile and Peru, with a presence in other LATAM countries. As a food retailer, it has high standards for customer service and product control, especially for home deliveries.
To improve these processes, the Manhattan Associates WMOS Warehouse Management System (WMS) was implemented at the Tienda Gris Peñalolén in Santiago, Chile. After the implementation, Supply Nexus provides operational and systems support.

Alimerka, the leading proximity supermarket chain in Asturias, is committed to local products and employment. Supply Nexus assisted Alimerka in defining processes and implementing the Manhattan Associates WMOS WMS in their central logistics platform in Lugo de Llanera,
ensuring optimal supply to their network of stores. The logistics operations include handling fruit, meat, refrigerated items, frozen dough, and dry goods, requiring a robust and functional solution. At Alimerka's center, automated processes such as Just-in-Time Flow, Reverse Picking, Multi-Order Voice Picking, and Goods-to-Man Picking are utilized.
CASE STUDY BIMBA Y LOLA
Bimba y Lola, a leading fashion brand with over 225 million euros in annual revenue, has collaborated with Supply Nexus to design processes and implement the Manhattan Associates SCALE WMS system in their new automated distribution center in Vigo.
This center is key to their omni-channel strategy and optimizes the management of both folded and hanging garments. Supply Nexus also provides daily operational support, ensuring maximum efficiency.
